“I came in for a wheel alignment after doing an initial inspection they told me to make sure suspension was good and all, and they found left outer tie rod needed changing and thus for the alignment to be good and heard small noises from front and back tires, I immediately told them about it and they took it in and repaired it asap and addressed the issues quickly. Very good mechanic shop and are willing to help you make sure their customer service is met. I Highly suggest anyone seeking a decent and honest shop with very fair prices to do any kind of repairs at kt motors thanks.”

“Came in for an alignment and they informed me I needed to replace a few suspension components before they could complete the alignment. They clearly explained what was needed and why, along with a very fair priced quote for them to do the work. They let you pick what quality level of parts you’d like to use and it came out to significantly less than a dealership. I opt’d to do the repairs myself based on their recommendations so my initial visit was ~$50. The followup alignment was then the full $90. If they do the repairs for you, the initial ~$50 “inspection” is waived. Quality work all around. Staff is patient and very easy to work with. I will most certainly be returning here in the future and would recommend them to family & friends.”

He even printed out the pages in the manual for me, took pictures and explained why he was passing the vehicle, what shocked my the most was when he thanked myself and my boyfriend for coming in. “Amazing service!!! Not only did they make the service feel personal by remembering my name everytime I came in, they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied when I left. The day before I left for my trip home for the weekend, I found out that my brake pads needed to be replaced. The day I was suppose to leave I called them up and asked if there was anyway they could squeeze my car in to replace the break pads and they said that they would get it done so I could go home and see my family. A few hours later they found a problem with my car and called me to inform me that my car is not safe to drive home in as there is a serious issue with my tire rods. Figuring it would be a long shot, I asked if there was anyway they would be able to fix it that day so I could still go home. Without hesitation, seeing how important seeing my family was to me, they told me they would need a bit of extra time but they would get it done for me and make sure I got to go home safe to my family. I have never had such amazing service from ANY business and in the future will not think twice about going anywhere but to them for my car troubles.”
