“Had a great experience with them, my tenants notified me of the furnace not heating the home adequately despite having set the thermostat to maximum. I called him on Sunday and gave me the option to look at it that same day, which would be an emergency (higher hourly rate) or, if the furnace is still working to give some heat, it can wait until the day after.
